These Leasing rights allow you to use the track (or beat/music) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. In creation of this recording you may alter, mix the beat /song in any shape, way, or form. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 1000 copies. A free distribution or free download of your recording counts towards 1000. (Email, artist website, cd site, mp3 download site ECT.). After selling 1000 copies, you must acquire a new lease from original seller V2beats.com aka Immortal Reign Inc. Immortal Reign Inc. has the right to negotiate royalties, and or cash advances for the new lease or to refuse you a new lease. This new lease will be a brand new contract worked out between both parties with a mutual benefit. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use until the end of your lease. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased. This contract stands and cannot be changed unless done so in a written agreement between the parties. This contract has been entered into in the State of California, and its validity, construction, interpretation, and legal effect shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. |
